If the wrong size was ordered by the customer, return or exchange approval may depend on the product condition, product type, availability, and whether the item was standard size or custom-made.

Custom or Made-to-Order Products

Some kilts may be custom-made, made-to-order, personalised, or prepared according to your selected measurements, fabric, colour, style, or design.

Custom or made-to-order items may not be eligible for return or exchange if they were made correctly according to the information provided by the customer.

Unworn except for basic try-on
In original condition
